[Paddle] re: Choctawhatchee River

I am hoping someone may have information on paddling the Choctawhatchee River from Ozark Alabama South into Florida for a few days and camping on the river.  Maybe if you know of an outfitter to run a shuttle or any pertinent information on river water levels and estimated water levels on the 19th.
