[Paddle] Map

Don't need a map.

A simple list of GPS waypoints with basic descriptive text on the 
website would do the job simply and flawlessly.  For the GPS impaired, 
coordinates can be copied and pasted into  MapQuest  to get road maps, 
driving directions and even topos.

If everyone who has marked a put-in posted it, I'll bet we'd have a lot 
of data right off.  Then if everyone made a point of marking thier 
put-ins/takeouts from that moment on, we'd have it all together real 
soon.

I would volunteer to build and maintain the list if there is evidence 
of interest and willingness to participate.
