[Paddle] Alapaha Details Update

Hi Michael and fellow PaddleTall'ee'ers -

I was just at Gibson Park and it's lovely, but be aware that County Hwy 
249 is only named that if you're coming in from the south of the Suwannee. 
It is County Hwy 751 from the north!  And, yes, the Alapaha was actually 
flowing all the way to the Suwannee last weekend.  It's not very big and 
some dragging may be required, but it's not just underground right now. 
Plus Alapaha Rise was gushing.  Should be a great trip - have fun!
